Being tired with crowded area?
Being myself in crowded area like shopping malls or grocery markets is a great part of traveling. I also like those things.
But sometimes i feel really tiresome that i go to some palce crowded with many tourists.
So today i would like to share a quite and nice place to buy some food, drink and even some souvenirs in Osaka. It is peaceful shopping area and you can even vicariously experience what Osaka local residents eat and drink.
AEON FOOD STYLE (super marekt)
The market that i was trying to say is AEON FOOD STYLE which is one of super market in Osaka Japan.
It is plasuible that AEON FOOD STYLE is substituted for otehr shopping malls like Donquijote.
It carrys almost everything from food to some sort of souvenir.
And if you want to go to Life Central Square, which is also another Japanese super market, but it is quite far from your hotel or accommodation, AEON FOOD STYLE would be a great choice.
There are many branch of Aeon Food Style in Osaka.
The most surprising thing is it`s opens 24 hours.
Precooked food
Most of japanese accomodations or hotels dosen't offer kitchenettes or full kitchens.
That`s why we have to focus on precooked food in Japan.
And someone might say many Japanese convenience store would be the best palce for shopping precooked food. But i thinke it is not true.
Best palce for shopping Ready-to-eat food is super marekts like AEON FOOD STYLE.
Fried chicken, noodles, Pork cutlet, Breads, Raw fishes, sushi etc..
You can find almost every kind of Japanese food in Super market.
So if you want to grab a light meal in a hotel, Going to Super market like AEON FOOD STYLE would be great choice.
Drinks
Nothing is foolish than just picking up some food without any drinks like beer, soda or whisky. And in AEON FOOD STYLE, you can find various drinks from Soda to whisky.
Of course It is a little hard to expect to meet premium line whisky such as Yamazaki.
But there are a lot of mid-priced whisky and sake. So give it a try in various Japanese drinks.
My personal recommendation is whisky mixed with sparkling water or sake mixed with sparkling water. Putting some ice would be much better.
Snacks & Sweets
Except for precooked food or some drinks, there are bunch of Japanese snacks and Sweets. And as i told you earlier, the great thing of going to super market is that this place is not as crowded as other famous shopping spot like Don Quijote.
And yo can even pick up some radical snacks or sweets that local Japanese love eating. Those are actually snakcs and sweets that we can find in famous shopping mall like Don Quijote.
So look around and catch some person who looks like local Japanese.
And follow what he picks up. It will be fun and you cuold learn real Japnese taste.
Some stuffs to bring your home
This is the most surprising and great part.
Super market like AEON, they also have some stuffs to bring your country and give them to your friends.
I personally purchased some hello kitty postcards and instant miso soups and furikakes which are very small size and easy to carry.
And It is also great that there are many taste of Instant miso soups and furikakes, whcih give us diversity and fun to choose.
Except for that, There are many options that you can choose. It would be pleasant worries what kind of souvenirs you have to pick.
